This expertise has instilled in us a valuable understanding of capturing exceptional exterior photographs, particularly for multi-story houses or those with sloping front or backyards. Our training has revealed that utilizing a drone to obtain an elevated perspective is highly recommended for such scenarios. This approach ensures that the photograph is balanced and visually appealing, avoiding excessive ground coverage. Notably, many of our regular clients prefer that we employ drones for exterior photography, even if all shots are taken below the roofline. In such instances where the drone is not utilized above the roofline, there will be no additional charge for “aerials.”

As a boutique business, you’ll only deal with one person - Jason, the owner. Unlike larger companies, we can make quick decisions and deliver consistent results. We’re happy to customize and personalize your media to suit your needs.

We understand that time is money, which is why we strive to have all photographic media back to you the following day after your shoot. Video sometimes require a bit more time depending on our workload and time of year, but generally video is completed between 24-36 hours.

Certainly! Occasionally, we may experience times where we are booked out one to two weeks, typically occurring during the peak season (April to August). However, we may have a date or two on our calendar without explicitly advertising it due to various reasons. We strongly advise texting Jason at (207) 939-9246 to inquire about the possibility of scheduling a shoot. In most cases, this request is successful. It is always prudent to explore this option.

Maine’s weather can pose challenges, but we are committed to ensuring the successful completion of your photoshoot, regardless of the conditions. While heavy rain can be particularly difficult to overcome, cloudy skies can be easily remedied with blue sky replacements. We will collaborate closely with you to determine the most suitable approach for your specific listing.
